- The Post and Pup Tent will host the 35th Department of Pacific Areas Convention and 32nd Grand Scratch in Angeles City, June 2001. 
- Post members supported the Beagles Anniversary Dinner at the Shanghai Restaurant, Angeles City, on 24 June 2000.
- On 25 June, Comrade Joe Ford was signed up as the 1000th member of Post 2485.
- On 3 July, Post 11447 hosted the District VII Convention at Barrio Barretto. Post delegates included Commander Jerry Prinz, Junior Vice Commander Al Mitchell, District 16 Council Member Tom Elliott, District VII Senior Vice Commander B.K. Hubbard, Bob Zaher, Cliff Wilsey, Jack Turner, Ron Barker, Terry Gillem and Ken Schaefer.
- On 3 July, Commander Jerry Prinz and approximately 12 Post members braved inclement weather to attend the Post 11447 Barrio Beach Bash. The Beach Bash was finally canceled due to the weather and flooding in Zambales Province.
- On 13 July, Commander Jerry Prinz chaired the quarterly meeting of the Angeles City Ex?Pat Council. The meeting was hosted by American Legion Post 10. Representatives included Post 2485, Pup Tent 15, American Legion 40/8, American Legion Post10, the Beagles, Mt. Arayat Shrine Oasis, American Legion Post123, DAV and SFA.
- On 14 July, Post officers conducted the VFW grave side burial ceremony for SP2 Duane Frybar, USA at the Clark Cemetery.
- On 14 July, Post officers conducted the VFW grave side burial ceremony for SSGT Gilbert Dobbins, USAF (Ret) at the Clark Cemetery.
- Commander Jerry Prinz and Comrade Kenneth Schaefer attended the Angeles City Businessmen's Club Luncheon at Orchid Inn, Angeles City on 21 July.
- On 22 July, Post officers conducted the VFW grave side burial services for CWO3 Jack Yost, USAF, (Ret).
- The Post donated two cases of noodles to American Legion Auxiliary Unit 10 for use in the "Operation: Feed the Children of Payatas".
- Junior Past Commander B.K. Hubbard and Comrade Larry Long attended the Scratch of Simpal - Pup Tent 9 (VFW Post 5706), Franklin, KY on 30 July. Junior Past Commander Hubbard presented the Pup Tent with a VFW Post Plaque for their continued support of the Clark Cemetery.
- On 4 August, Post officers conducted the VFW grave side burial services for TSGT Roland Chamberland, USA (Ret)
- On 6 August, the Post observed V?J Day.
- Comrade Eric Evans, who is on active duty with the U.S. Air Force, presented the Post with a framed photo of Air Force One and it’s Special Mission Support Squadron.
- On 12 Aug, the Post hosted the Mt. Arayat Shrine Oasis Flea Market at Post Home.
- National VFW District 16 Council Member Thomas Elliott, Comrades Joe Carsley, Robert Zaher, Kenneth Schaefer, B.K. Hubbard and Larry Long were delegates to the 101st National VFW Convention in Milwaukee, 20-24 August. Junior Past Commander B.K. Hubbard accepted the National Community Service Award for the Post. Comrade Robert Zaher was honored as All American District VII Commander 1999-2000 and Comrade B.K. Hubbard was honored as an All American Post Commander 1999-2000.
- On 23 August, Post officers conducted the VFW grave side burial services for MSGT Earl Rishell, USA (Ret).
- Post officers conducted a VFW Memorial Service for TSGT Mike Boone, USAF (Ret) at American Legion Post 123 on 23 August.
- On 24 August, American Legion Post 123 conducted the grave side burial ceremony for TSGT Mike Boone, USAF (Ret).

- On 3 September, Commander Jerry Prinz presented the "All Pacific Quartermaster" award and hat to Comrade Paul Morganthal.
- On 4 September, the new Clark Cemetery MOA with the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) was signed by Commander Jerry Prinz. The MOA is good until 10 November 2004.
- On 8 September, Post officers conducted the VFW grave side burial services for BMC Joseph Kephart, USCG (Ret).
- On 15 September, VFW Post 11447 officers conducted the VFW grave side burial services for LCDR Sheldon Bertrand, USN (Ret) at the Clark Cemetery.
- On 29 September, Post officers conducted the VFW grave side burial services for MSGT Gordon Maginness, USAF (Ret). 
- On 29 September, Commander Jerry Prinz, Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, District VII Senior Vice Commander B.K. Hubbard and Comrade Roger Forset attended Angeles City Businessman’s Luncheon at the Fontana Resort on the Clark Special Economic Zone. 
- Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell and Post members attended the Beagles Memorial Service for one of the Beagles Noel “Gene” Wilson. The service was conducted at the Dog House on 30 September. 
- LCOL David Liwanaq, USA presented the Post with a poster of the U.S. Army Parachute Team “The Golden Knights”. The poster is signed by member of the team. 
- At the October General Membership meeting Commander Jerry Prinz presented an “All Pacific District Commander” hat to Comrade Robert Zaher and a “All Pacific Post Commander” hat to Comrade B.K. Hubbard.
- The Post held Post Commander’s Appreciation Night for Junior Past Commander B.K. Hubbard on 13 October. Attendance included Post Commander Jerry Prinz, Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell, Department of Pacific Areas Commander Paul Gasperson, four Past Post Commanders (Robert Zaher, Kenneth Schaefer, Lafayette Donaldson, Edward Lyons) and approximately 70 Post members and their guests. Junior Past Commander Hubbard was presented with an engraved wooden memento box for his service as Commander in 1999-2000. The 225th Navy Birthday of the United States Navy was observed with a special cake and a moment of silence was conducted for the victims of the USS Cole terrorist attack. 
- On 21 October, Post Commander Jerry Prinz, Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell and approximately 20 members attended the 9th Annual Chili Cook-Off at La Union. The Chili Cook-Off is sponsored by Post 9892, Kuto - Pup Tent 7 and the Bali Hai Resort. The Post Chili Team, captained by Comrade George Wheatstine and Miss Lucy Balanquit, won the Second Runner Up Chili Award. The Post entry, Miss Cefia Quizon, won first place in the Miss Chili Pepper Contest. Miss Quizon represented both the Post and Rhapsody Bar in Angeles City. 
- District VII Commander O.B. O’Briant and Health Visions Corp presented the Post with wooden service plaques (Navy, Army, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard).
- On 24 October, Junior Vice Commander and Cemetery Chairman Albert Mitchell, Junior Past Commander B.K. Hubbard, American Cemetery, Manila Superintendent Dick Jones (Post Member) and Jack MacDonald, Post 11447, met to discuss a proposed American Battle Monument Commission (ABMC) take over of the Clark Cemetery.
- On 29 October, the Philippines Star newspaper, ran an article about the Clark Cemetery Maintenance MOA between the Post and the Clark Development Corporation (CDC). The article also contained a brief history of the cemetery.
- On 1 November, Post officers conducted the VFW Grave side Burial Ceremony for PFC Alexander Curtis, USA.
- On 5 November, Junior Past Commander B.K. Hubbard presented the Post with a wall clock donated by VFW Post 5706, SIMPAL - Pup Tent 8 and Veterans organizations in Franklin, KY. Pup Tent 9 is a premier supporter of the Clark Cemetery.
- Junior Past Commander B.K. Hubbard and Miss Juvy Angcao presented the Post with a framed/signed poster entitled “Colors of Courage” by artist Tom Neilsen. It is dedicated to those who served in the American Armed Forces during the 20th Century. It depicts an American Eagle in flight, holding streamers representing colors of Overseas Campaign/Service Ribbons earned by those who served. 
- At the General Membership Meeting on 5 November, the Acting Chaplin Kenneth Schaefer offered a special prayer and moment of silence for casualties of the USS Cole. 
- Comrade Tom Elliott presented Commander Jerry Prinz a Commemorative Coin from the 2000 Navy Day Ball in Yokosuka, Japan.
- The Post supported Operation Smile in the Angeles City area. Operation Smile is a group of foreign doctors and nurses who visit the Philippines to perform numerous Clep Lip/Pallet Operation on local children. The Post provided meals for the medical staff.
- On 9 November, Commander Jerry Prinz and Cemetery Chairman (Post Junior Vice Commander) Albert Mitchell attended a meeting at the U.S. Embassy, Manila for discussions pertaining to the Clark Cemetery. Attendance at the meeting included Charge d’Affairs Michael Malinowski; Robert L. Lane, Counselor for Administrative Affairs; COL Russell V. Lewey, USAF, Defense Attache; Dick Jones, Superintendent of the American Cemetery, Manila; and Jack McDonald, USN (Ret).
- The Post hosted the Quarterly District VII meeting at the Post Home on 10 November. All District Posts were present.
- Junior Past Commander B.K. Hubbard represented the Post at the Veterans Day Observance at the American Cemetery and Memorial, Manila and the Philippine Memorial Libingan Ng Mga Bayani. These ceremonies are sponsored by the Veterans Administration (VA), the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) and the Philippine Veterans Federation.
? On 11 November, the Post coordinated the Veterans Day Observance at the Clark Cemetery. The ceremony was supported by various U.S. Veterans groups from Angeles City, Barrio Barretto, La Union, Baguio and the Returned & Services League (RSL), Angeles City Branch. The 600th PAF Air Base Wing firing detail and the Air Base Wing Band were present. Approximately 400?450 persons were in attendance. The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) Three Bell Ceremony was conducted by the FRA, Branch 367. Guests included COL Russell Lewey, USAF, Defense Attache Office, U.S. Embassy; LCOL Allan Crawford, USAF, JUSTMAGPHIL; COL Charles Hotchkiss, Deputy Command 600th Air Base Wing; Engineer Rudy Arias, Clark Development Corporation (CDC); Vice Mayor Zalamea, Angeles City; Mr. Don Sanders, VA; Commander O.B. O’Briant, VFW District VII; and Mr. Jim Boyd, Director, Retired Affairs Office, Angeles City. ? The Annual Veterans Day Picnic at the Post Home was held after the Clark Cemetery Ceremony. Approximately 200 Comrades, their families, friends and supporters enjoyed an afternoon of camaraderie, good food and cold drinks. 
? 11 November 2000 was the Third Anniversary of the Clark Cemetery Grave Diggers. Membership on date stood at 484.
- On 18 November, the Clarkview Christian Center held a Grand Opening for their newly renovated building. Post members were invited guests and the Post was asked to provide a Color Guard for posting the flags of Philippines and the United States. The Color Guard consisted of Comrades Earl Dodge, Cecil Johnson, Jim Proctor and Steve Piechocky. Post members in attendance included Commander Jerry Prinz, Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell, District VII Senior Vice Commander B.K. Hubbard, Comrades Roy Banning, Robert Zaher, Kenneth Schaefer, Ron Barker and John Welsh. The Christian Center presented the Post a plaque for continued support to the Center. 
- On 30 November, the Post presented 28 boxes of used children’s clothing, writing paper and children's books to the Clarkview Christian Center to distribution to area needy children. These items were donated by VFW Post 9467 in Okinawa.
- On 2 December, Post members, wives, significant others, off?duty Post Canteen employees and friends packed 400 bags for the Annual Pearl Buck Home Christmas Party. This Party was for about 320 kids. Comrade Robert Zaher was Santa Claus and a good time was had by all. All left over juice and cookies was donated to the Clarkview Christian Center for distribution to area kids.
- Post Surgeon Cecil Johnson attended a National Veterans Service Phase III, Proficiency Training Conference, 3-6 December, in St Louis, MO. This was a National VFW sponsored program.
- Post Commander Jerry Prinz, Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell, Pup Tent 15 Seam Squirrel Lafayette Donaldson, District VII Senior Vice Commander B.K. Hubbard, Comrades Ron Barker, Joe Carsley, John Welsh, Terry Gillem, Jack Avritt, Bob Zaher, Cliff Wilsey, Tom Elliott and Ken Schaefer attended the Department of Pacific Areas Mid-Term Convention. The Mid Term, was held in Barrio Barretto on 8-10 December, it was sponsored by Post 11447 and Pup Tent 11. Also present were VFW National Junior Vice Commander Ray Sisk; Marcus Butler, VFW National District 16 Council Member; and Gary Kurpius, Post 10221, candidate for VFW National Junior Vice Commander.

- On 10 December, Post Commander Jerry Prinz and the Post hosted a dinner in honor of VFW National Junior Vice Commander Ray Sisk; Marcus Butler; VFW District 16 National Council Member; and Gary Kurpius, Post 10221, candidate for VFW National Junior Vice Commander. Attendance also included Department of Pacific Areas Commander Paul Gasperson; Department Senior Vice Commander Bill Wichmann; District VII Senior Vice Commander B.K. Hubbard; Post Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell; Comrades Robert Zaher; Kenneth Schaefer; Ron Barker; Jim Malott, Post 1509; Dick Vileo, Post 10249; Don Webster, Post 727. 
- On 11 December, Commander Jerry Prinz and the Post hosted a Working Breakfast/Briefing on the Clark Cemetery for VFW National Junior Vice Commander Ray Sisk; VFW National District 16 Council Member Marcus Butler; and Gary Kurpius, Post 10221, candidate for National VFW Junior Vice Commander. In attendance were Post Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell; District II Commander II Barney Patsel; District VII Senior Vice Commander B.K. Hubbard; Superintendent of the American Cemetery Manila Dick Jones (Post Member); Kevin Mitchell, Post 9555; Butch Malone, Post 9612; Comrades Tom Elliott, Robert Zaher and Ron Barker. Junior Vice Commander and Cemetery Chairman Albert Mitchell conducted the briefing. The group was invited to a walking tour of the cemetery after the breakfast/briefing.
- On 11 December, the Post Officers conducted a grave side VFW Memorial Service for Comrade Carl Lee at the Clark Cemetery. The burial ceremony was conducted by American Legion Post 10. Attendance included members from American Legion Post 123 and their Ladies Auxiliary; American Legion Post 10; DAV; SFA; the Beagles and their Ladies Auxiliary; Commander Jerry Prinz, Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell, Pup Tent 15 Seam Squirrel Lafayette Donaldson; District VII Senior Vice Commander B.K. - On the evening of 11 December, Commander Jerry Prinz and the Post hosted a Reception/Social for VFW National Junior Vice Commander Ray Sisk; VFW National District 16 Council Member Marcus Butler; and Gary Kurpius, Post 10221, candidate for National VFW Junior Vice Commander. In attendance were Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell, Pup Tent 15 Seam Squirrel Lafayette Donaldson; District VII Senior Vice Commander B.K. - On 14 December, Angeles City DAV conducted the grave side burial ceremony for LCPL John Vansant, USMC at the Clark Cemetery.
- On 15 December, VFW Post 11447 post officers conducted the VFW Grave side Burial Ceremony for SSGT Carl Graham, USA (Ret) at the Clark Ceremony. 
- Twenty U.S. Veterans were buried at the Clark Cemetery during the 2000 calendar year.
- Seventeen operations were performed by the Post Children’s Operations Fund during the 2000 calendar year.
- In January, Department Chief of Staff Robert Zaher, Department Adjutant Tom Elliott and Comrade Cliff Wilsey accompanied Department Commander, Paul Gasperson, on an inspection trip to District V Posts in Thailand and Cambodia. 
- An anonymous donor presented the Post with a poster “Korea: 1950-1953, Commemorating Fifty years of Freedom through Friendship”.
- Commander Prinz and three Post members supported the Post 124 Fun Day in Baguio on 8 February. The Post also sponsored a hole in the Post 124 Golf Tournament at Baguio Country Club.
- On 9 February, Post 124 hosted the District VII Convention in Baguio. Commander Jerry Prinz attended.
- On 12 February Commander Prinz and Cemetery Chairman Albert Mitchell met with Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President Rogelio Singson to sign the new Clark Cemetery MOA.
- Commander Prinz and Post members supported the 8th Annual Barrio Beach Bash in Barrio Barretto, 16-19 February. The Beach Bash is sponsored by VFW Post 11447.
- The Post held a VFW Memorial Service for Comrade Chester Holmes on 20 February.
- On 20 February Commander Prinz and Cemetery Chairman Albert Mitchell attended an American Chamber of Commerce Philippines Breakfast for U.S. Congressman Bob Filner. Representatives from FAME, the U.S. Embassy and the business community attended this function. The breakfast was held at Intercontinental Hotel, Makati.
- Comrades Robert Zaher and B.K. Hubbard received appointments to the National VFW Legislative Conference in Washington, DC 24-29 February. Comrade Hubbard was unable to attend due to ill health.
- Post officers conducted the VFW grave side burial ceremony for MSGT Arne Olsen, USAF (Ret) on 23 February. 
- On 27 February, Commander Jerry Prinz and Post members attended a luncheon hosted by U.S. Embassy Consul General John Caulfield at the Holiday Inn, Clark Field. Organizations represented included RAO, American Legion Post 10, American Legion Post 123 and DAV.
- Post Surgeon Cecil Johnson attended the VFW National Veterans Service Training Program Regional Training at Albuquerque, NM 10-15 March 2001.
- On 20 March, the Post provided scruntineers to the Returned & Services League (RSL) election of 2001-2002 officers. Commander Jerry Prinz, Comrades Kenneth Schaefer and Lafayette Donaldson performed the service. This is the 5th consecutive year the Post has been asked to perform this service.
- In March, the Returned & Services League (RSL) of Australia, Angeles City Branch donated a signed poster of the U.S. Navy Parachute Team “Leap Frogs”to the Post. The poster came from the estate of the late “Mick” O’Brien, longtime resident of Angeles City.
- On 27 March, Commander Jerry Prinz attended a “War and Remembrance” Program and Reception at the U.S. Embassy, Manila. This affair was hosted by Acting Ambassador/Charge D’ Affaires Michael Malinowski in commemoration of the unveiling of a portrait of the last U.S. High Commissioner of the Philippines Paul V.McNutt. He also became the first U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines.
- Comrade Darry Parker donated a signed picture of the of the U.S. Air Force Precision Flight Team “The Thunderbirds”.
- On 28 March, Commander Jerry Prinz, Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire and District VII/Department VOD/Youth Essay Chairman Kenneth Schaefer made VOD/Youth Essay presentations at Faith Academy and International School, Manila. The VOD winner this years was Derek A. Smith from Faith Academy, Manila. He received a check from the Post for $150, a plaque, certificate, lapel pin and writing pen. He also was a winner at the District level and received a $100 check from the District. The Youth Essay winners were from International School Manila. First place was Jessica D. Gabriel, she received a $100 check from the Post plus a plaque, certificate, lapel pin and pen. She was also a winner at the District level for which she received a check for $50.00 and as winner at the Department level, she will get a $500 Bond and represent the Department of Pacific Areas in the National VFW Youth Essay Contest. Second place in the Youth Essay went to Harshi L. Hettige. She won $50 from the Post plus a plaque, certificate, lapel pin and writing pen. They were three other entries which were given Youth Essay Participation Certificates and pens.
- On 1 April, Peter E. Baziotis was signed up as the 1000th Life Member of the Post. Comrade Baziotis is an SFC on active duty with the 1st Bn, 1st Special Forces stationed on Okinawa.
- Comrade Walt Gore presented the Post with a framed plaque of the poem “The Wall” commemorating the Viet Nam War Memorial.
- Comrade Ken Schaefer received a National VFW appointment to the Community Activities Conference in Washington DC, 7-10 April.
- The Post donated three boxes of children’s books to the Clarkview Center to be used by street children. 
- On 9 April, the Post conducted the Second Annual Bataan Death March Memorial Ceremony at the Capas National Shrine (near the site of the WWII POW Camp at Camp O’Donnell). Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire conducted the memorial service in the absence of Commander Jerry Prinz. In attendance were COL Russell Lewey, USAF, Defense Attache, U.S. Embassy, Manila; Department Commander Paul Gasperson; District VII Commander O.B. O’Briant; Leroy Becraft, Post member and former WWII POW; members from Post 9892, Post 11447, American Legion Post 10, American Legion Post 94, Angeles City DAV Chapter and the Returned & Services League (RSL) of Australia. Post members in attendance were Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell, District VII Senior Vice Commander B.K. Hubbard, comrades Robert Zaher, Tom Elliott, Larry Long, Walt Gore, Lafayette Donaldson, Ken Miller, Joe Carsley and Ron Barker.
- On 22 April, the Post, District VII Senior Vice Commander B.K. Hubbard ,Comrades Robert Zaher and Walt Gore made pledges and subsequent donations to support the Earth Day/Project Aware Dive In Underwater?a?thon. The event was held at the Coconut Grove Resort, La Union on 22 April. The event was sponsored by District VII Junior Vice Commander Tim Aukshun and his diving company Ocean Dive.
- On 24 April, Commander Jerry Prinz designated an All Pacific Commander.
- On 25 April, Post 2485 members attended the ANZAC Day Observance at Clark Cemetery. This observance is sponsored by the Returned & Services League of Australia, Angeles City Branch.
- On 25 April, Commander Jerry Prinz, Senior Vice Commander Buddy McGuire, Junior Vice Commander Albert Mitchell, Comrades Cliff Wilsey, Robert McGovern, Ron Barker, Ken Schaefer, Tom Elliott, Lafayette Donaldson, Cecil Johnson attended the District VII Convention at La Union. The convention was hosted by Post 9892. District elections were held with Post members elected/appointed to the following positions:
* Commander: B.K. Hubbard
* Junior Vice Commander: Jerry Prinz
* 3 year Trustee: Tom Elliott
* Adjutant: Kenneth Schaefer
* Service Officer: Cecil Johnson
* VOD/Youth Essay: Buddy McGuire
* Clark Cemetery Chairman: Albert Mitchell
- District officers, Posts and Post members attended the ANZAC Day Observance at the Coconut Grove Resort, La Union on 25 April. This observance is sponsored by members of the Returned & Services League of Australia, Angeles City Branch living in the La Union area. Members from the District VII Convention, at the 9892 Post Home, finished their meeting and attended the ANZAC Day Observance and Picnic.
