Have made a jaded effort to stay abreast of happenings in Angeles since my departure to the US. Just a cheery hello to all Post members as I write this from nippy Central Florida.

Stationed at Clark from 86-90, worked in the CBPO/MPF. Looking for an old friend by the name of Joe Kelley. We were NCOs back then, he separated, and I am still active. Anyone have any information on where he might be, or last time in contact with him, would appreciate it if you would contact me immediately. Several of us have been searching for him for years. Thank you. Franko

You have an excellent and well-developed-webbsite. Kudos!! I am also very impressed with the good work VFW Post 2485 is doing in and around Clark and Angeles City, especially the dedicated support being provided in the upkeep of the Clark Cemetary (my mother is buried there). I was born at old Ft Stotsenburg, raised at Clark and Angeles before joining the Army at Clark in '51; retiring from AD in '81. I recently retired (18 yrs) as a DAC at Ft Sam Houston, TX. My last trip to Clark/Angeles area (TDY from Okinawa) was in '68. I missed the P.I. and hope to visit there within the next year.

To Mr. Bob Zaher: Judy Sanders says "hello," and hopes all is well with you. I'm not sure if she's been in touch with you since I returned and mentioned your name. I see her quite often since her and my wife work in the same area. I told her that she needs to get down there and visit the very impressive VFW facility sometime. If you want to get ahold of her via email, you can reach her at the following address; [email protected] If that doesn't fly try judy instead of judith. Thanks again for getting me signed up down there. You and the entire staff are "ichi-ban" in my book! Sayonara for now!

Greetings from Tokyo! Cliff, I received your recent letter regarding the annual picnic. Sorry I will be unable to attend, however I will be thinking of you all on that day. I just wanted to let you know how much at home everyone made me and my family feel at home during my stay there this past June. It's hard to believe that it's already been 4 months since our visit. I also wanted to inform you that the reason you are unable to get ahold of me via email is because you had included a dot between att and mil. It should read as follows; [email protected] I hope this helps clear things up and I look forward to hearing from you soon. I will be sending some money for the raffle, so be on the look out here in the next few weeks. Last but not least, have a San Miguel for me! Take care and God bless always!

My son, Norman Glenn Adkins, served 20 years in the USN. He died December 18 1986 in Bagio and was buried at Clark Air Base Cemetery. This is the first time I have been able to find someone who might give me some information about the condition of the cemetery. A check will be on the way to VFW Post 2485. I'm 85 so any help would be appreciated==soon. Thank you,

I'm trying to find out where Duane E Fryrear is buried in the Clark AB Cemetery. He passed away over there on July 9, 2000, and the services were to be held on July 14th, 2000. I am trying to find this out for his children that live here in the Stronghurst area. I am their Step Father. Duane was a veteran of the US Army and served in Korea in the early to mid 50's. Anything you can do for me on this will be greatly appreciated by his children, Cathy, Susan, Gary and Steven Fryrear. Thank you. Sincerely, Jack K. Kinslow [email protected]

Hi. I'm trying to locate a former AAFES co-worker at Clark AB - Arthur (Art) Ridgeway. Art is retired Air Force, who lived in the subvision right across from the Clarkview gate.
